Who runs this site

We do: the owners of the one apartment it describes, a studio in Block 2, New Gudauri, which we let ourselves. No agency stands between us and you. You reach us on +995 568 55 77 22.

Your booking

Bookings and payments go through bookhome.ge, the platform we list the flat on. Its guest terms govern the booking, and its privacy policy covers what you enter there: your name, your email address, your dates and your payment. The stay itself is an agreement between you and us; bookhome.ge takes the booking and the money and passes the booking on to us.

The house rules are on the booking page and here on the Questions page: check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00, no pets, no smoking. The cancellation rule is shown before you pay.

What this site records

These pages set no cookies and have no forms. We count visits with Umami, a counter we run on our own server: it keeps no identifier that could follow you from one visit to the next, and records the page you opened, the page you came from, your browser, your screen size and the country your connection comes from.

Two parts of the site come from elsewhere and load from their own servers when you open the page: the map on Getting here is Google Maps, under Google's privacy policy, and the calendar on Prices is bookhome.ge's, under its policy above. The pages reach you through Cloudflare, which passes your connection on as it does for much of the web.

We hold nothing about a visitor who doesn't book. For a booking, bookhome.ge's policy says what is kept, for how long, and how to ask for it or have it deleted; you can also simply ask us.

The facts on these pages

Distances, prices and transfer costs are given as we found them, with the date we checked them, and they change. The photographs are ours and show the flat as it is. We say when a figure is an estimate.
