## What it is

The lift is 100 m away, and that number matters more than it sounds like it should. You walk it in ski boots, carrying skis, usually twice a day, and it is the difference between going up for one more run and deciding you have had enough.

The spa centre is in our building: a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, two saunas and massage rooms. So the end of a ski day is the lift down the corridor, not a drive or a walk through the cold.

## The season

The lifts are planned to run 19 December 2026 to 18 April 2027. There are 34.8 km of pistes on 17 lifts. February and March are the best snow most years; late December can be thin, whatever the brochures say. In summer the flat is quieter and cheaper, and the mountain fills up with paragliders instead.
