### How far is the gondola, really?

100 m, measured from our door to the gondola. We have not rounded it down in our favour.

### Is there a spa in the building?

Yes. The spa centre is in Block 2, the same building as the flat, with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, two saunas and massage rooms.

### Where do we leave skis and boots?

Yes, there is ski storage for skis and boots.

### What time can we get in, and when do we have to leave?

In from 16:00, out by 11:00. Send us your arrival time: the drive up takes longer than people plan for, and we would rather wait for you than have you wait outside.

### Is there a kitchen?

Yes, fully equipped. The two SPARs and the Carrefour are a short walk away, though it is cheaper to shop in Tbilisi if you are driving.

### What's the Wi-Fi like?

Free, included in the price.

### Can we bring a dog?

No, sorry: no pets.

### Can we smoke?

No, the flat is non-smoking.

### What happens if the road closes?

The Jvari Pass closes in storms and for avalanche work, and it usually opens again the same day. Message us when you set off and we will tell you what it is doing. The road, the transfer prices and what to do if it closes on the way are on [Getting here](https://bmgudauri.ge/en/location/).

### When is the ski season?

The lifts are planned to run 19 December 2026 to 18 April 2027. February and March are usually the best snow.

### Can we come in summer?

Yes, and it is the cheaper half of the year. Paragliding, walking, and Kazbegi an hour up the road.
